Friendly Reminder!
Meet Manager
by Hy-Tek is commercial software. When you purchase
it, you agree to abide by the license you buy. They have
several license arrangements, so please be careful to check the
limitations of the one you have. For example, if you own
an club/team license, you can use it to run any meet that
your club/team hosts/conducts and participates in, but you can't lend it to
another organization or use it at a meet your club/team is
not running or participating in. If you own a facility license, anyone who
conducts a meet in your facility can use it, but you can't take
it to another facility to use it even if your club/team
conducts the meet. If you own a championship license, you
can use it only for the championship meet(s) on the license, but
not for regular season meets. If you own an organization
license, you can use it for meets that your organization runs
and/or your championship meets, but you can't use it for
club/team hosted meets.

We are able to purchase Hy-Tek products
at a discount through our status as an LSC and a long-standing
good customer. We want to be able to continue that
relationship. Hy-Tek routinely checks the use of
their products as a matter of course to protect their business
interests - and rightly so. Let's do our parts to protect
ours by abiding by the license agreements.
