Virginia Swimming-Potomac Valley Swimming Border Issue

 
Virginia Swimming and Potomac Valley Swimming representatives met on Saturday, 15 January to try to resolve several border issues.  The meeting was facilitated by representatives of USA Swimming.  In keeping with our philosophy of full enclosure, here is the packet of background information that was available for the meeting.
